Founder

Lawyer Federica Silva

Federica Silva focuses on civil, personal and contract law.

She assists individuals and companies both in the consulting phase and in litigation, out-of-court and in court.

With a solid experience in top Milanese law firms, she combines her skills as a litigator with an academic profile, having obtained a doctorate in Comparative Private Law and worked as a Cultrice della Materia and Research Fellow at the State University of Milan and the University of Milan Bicocca.

In 2011 and 2012, she was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Summer School ─ University of Milan Bicocca and speaker of the seminar Introduction to Italian Law, within the Winter School China, organised by the University of Milan Bicocca.

Since 2010, she has been a speaker at the seminar Introduction to Indian Law, as part of the preparation for the Indian Summer School.

Lawyer Valentina Beccaria

Valentina Beccaria mainly deals with personal and property protection on behalf of private individuals or by court order.

She assists individuals in family dispute resolution, asset protection and planning, estate planning and generational handover.

The specialisation in trust and estate planning, together with Amnesty International’s previous experience in human rights issues, extends the area of intervention to cross-border or international family situations.
