Wealth Management

The Department is dedicated to the comprehensive and strategic wealth management of high net worth individuals (HNWIs), families and entrepreneurs. The main objective is to preserve, increase and optimise customer assets through a combination of personalised services.

Asset management requires a holistic and collaborative approach, involving financial, legal and tax professionals. Our department aims to create a comprehensive strategy for the financial success of our clients, taking into account their ambitions, their financial situation and their investment preferences.

Areas of practice

Financial Analysis and Asset Planning

We conduct an in-depth analysis of the client’s financial situation, identify short- and long-term goals and develop wealth management plans that include investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning and risk management.

Portfolio Management

We are able to provide support in the strategic choice of financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and others, to diversify the portfolio.

Pension Planning

We provide advice on pension planning, helping clients create effective plans for their financial security at the end of their working lives.

Tax planning

We offer advanced tax planning strategies to optimise the tax impact on income and investments.

Risk Management

We assess financial risks together with the client, identify potential threats to assets and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Legal Consultancy

We help our clients to ensure that their wealth management activities comply with financial legislation. We are able to deal with complex legal issues such as estate planning and trust creation.

Philanthropy and Charitable Donations

We help clients plan philanthropic activities and charitable giving so that they have a significant impact on the causes they support.

Continuous Monitoring and Reporting

We constantly monitor the returns on clients’ assets by making changes to wealth management strategies in response to changes in the market and personal needs.

Founder And Managing Partner

Lawyer Marco Accolla

Professionally active since 2009, he has always directed his own professional structure.
A criminal lawyer, in his fifteen years of professional experience, he has acquired solid expertise in the field of asset management on behalf of individuals or on judicial assignment, he is also an expert in negotiations and negotiations.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of People Family Office, he is also Managing Partner of Accolla Law Firm. Counsellor of the Milan Bar Association since 2020, he has held the position of Secretary of the Board since 2023.

From 2013 to 2023, President of the National Association of Tutors and Administrators.

Since 2021, member of the Executive Committee of ASLA ─ Associazione Studi Legali Associati.

She assists individuals in family dispute resolution, asset protection and planning, estate planning and generational handover.

The specialisation in trust and estate planning, together with Amnesty International’s previous experience in human rights issues, extends the area of intervention to cross-border or international family situations.
