Legal Protection Law

The Legal Protection Law Department is responsible for providing legal assistance and representation to persons in need of legal protection due to physical and mental disabilities. This branch of law focuses on how to preserve the rights and interests of those who, for various reasons, are unable to legally represent themselves.

Performance of assignments

Supported by a highly organised structure, our professionals act as administrators, guardians and trustees of vulnerable persons, including minors, who are unable to manage their own interests. Our experience is recognised and accredited in the main Italian forums.

Empathetic consultancy

Considering the delicacy of the situations involved, we think it is crucial to offer empathetic consultancy while fully respecting the dignity and rights of the individuals concerned. Our aim is to ensure that those seeking legal protection receive the appropriate assistance to preserve their rights and interests. We are committed to providing sensitive and welfare-oriented legal services to the individuals concerned.

Areas of practice

Safeguarding of interests

The department consists of professionals who act as administrators for those who, due to incapacity, require assistance in managing their financial and personal affairs.

Guardianship

If an individual is judged incapable of making autonomous decisions about their health and well-being, a trustee may be appointed to represent their interests in medical and daily life matters.

Legal expenses and costs of litigation

In more complex situations, where a person is deemed incapable of making decisions in any aspect of their life, the court may establish judicial guardianship by appointing a guardian to fully represent the person concerned.

Judicial Phase

Our lawyers assist family members of vulnerable persons in the judicial phase of requesting the application or revocation of a legal protection measure.
