Areas of practice

Crimes against the person

The firm’s lawyers provide assistance in connection with criminal proceedings for crimes against the person, i.e., for all those acts that endanger the fundamental assets of the individual, namely life, physical integrity, honour and freedom (moral and personal).

In this context, the Firm’s Professionals have gained significant experience with particular reference to criminal cases involving weak subjects and intra-family crimes.

Crimes against property

We offer assistance in relation to crimes committed against the property interests of natural and legal persons.

The Team has developed particular expertise in the management of procedural events for all crimes against property, with particular focus on the crime of circumvention of incapacitated persons.

Road traffic offences

The firm’s professionals provide assistance in relation to “road” crimes, dealing with defence activity in cases of violations of the Italian Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992) and, therefore, the offences of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, as well as the crime of hit-and-run; and providing protection in cases of road homicide and road personal injuries.

The firm also offers assistance with regard to accessory sanctions (suspension and revocation of driving licences, vehicle seizure and confiscation).

Drug-related offences

The Firm’s professionals provide assistance in relation to offences committed in violation of the Consolidated Law on Drugs (Presidential Decree no. 309/1990) and its subsequent amendments.

Penitentiary and Criminal Enforcement Law

Once the trial has ended with an irrevocable conviction, the precise and proper care of the execution phase becomes crucial, which is of equal, if not even greater, importance than the trial phase.

The firm has professionals dedicated exclusively to the enforcement phase, ensuring that the offender receives appropriate assistance to enable them to benefit, where appropriate, from alternative measures to imprisonment.

Professionals also deal with all proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Court and the Supervisory Magistracy (rehabilitation, review of security measures, remission of debt).
